Participation Agreement & Waiver

Arrival & Timing

All participants must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to sign waivers and get prepared for the room. Appointment times begin promptly at the scheduled time and will not be delayed for late arrivals. Participants will not be permitted to join a room once it has started.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for missed appointments.

The $100 booking deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels, the deposit will be held as a credit for up to 30 days from the date of deposit. The client may reschedule within that 30-day period at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the client does not reschedule within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.

Liability

Joyful Obedience, LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. The client agrees to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all participants. Personal liability waivers must be signed by each participant prior to room entry.
